TalantCoach Access is a programme designed to help some learners access coaching when they might otherwise miss out.
It is funded through a shared pool of credits and contributions, and carefully managed to ensure it is fair, responsible, and sustainable.
TC Access brings together funding from across the TalentCoach community to support participation in coaching.
This includes:
- Credits donated by learners
- A portion of TalentCoach profits
- Contributions from not-for-profit organisations that support access to sport, music, the arts, and education
These funds are used to support approved learners with the cost of coaching sessions.
The programme is designed to be simple, fair, and discreet - with support offered where it can make a meaningful difference.

There is no single definition of eligibility. Applications are based on individual circumstances, and not everyone who applies will be approved.

If you feel coaching is currently out of reach, you can apply for support through TC Access.
If you’ve earned referral credits, you can choose to donate them to help another learner access coaching.
